A small and diverse group of casual gamers who play for fun.
The Aether Knights aim to be a home and safe haven for all members of the FFXIV community.
We care more about who our members are, than we do about having the "Biggest Free Company on the server" Our reasoning for this is to ensure everyone within the company can be themselves and enjoy every aspect the game has to offer.
The
Aether Knights
The word Aether means "pure, fresh air" or "clear sky". It was also thought to be the pure essence that the gods breathed which then meant "to incinerate","to burn, to shine"
Aether also refers to the energy found throughout the world of Hydaelyn in Final Fantasy XIV. It is source of both magic and life, and any disruption in the aetherial flow is either the cause or indicator of catastrophic events.
